All4Labels Global Packaging Group, an international manufacturer of labels and packaging, continues its global growth strategy by merging with Olympus Print Group, one of the leading label manufacturers in the UK. The company provides labeling solutions for a range of markets, with a focus on the personal care, wine, spirits and beer industries. Olympus Print Group will be All4Labels’ first UK subsidiary. The previous owners will be co-partners of the All4Labels Group and will continue to run their business. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
